We Work Hard To Provide You The Best Quality Cheeses

Our journey with goat farming all started during the Covid 19 lockdown. I (Matt) was retrenched and we decided to start a business on our small holding just outside Pretoria to generate an income for us, that is how we decided to start farming with Saanen goats and start to produce various cheeses. Luckily we are fast learners.

Tina attended a cheese making course at Grootplaas Cheese Academy and today we produce delicious goats milk Feta, Halloumi, Chévre, Mozzarella, Greek joughurt and Cream cheese. Our cheese is made from 100% whole goat milk, free of preservatives, hormones, antibiotics and artificial colorant.

Currently we have a small herd of 14 Saanen doe’s, which we want to grow in the future. Our goats are milked twice a day and is fed high quality pellets that is specifically formulated for milking goats containing no antibiotics.
