The farm is echo friendly and runs completely from solar energy. During the day solar energy powers fridges, water pumps and all the equipment that is utilized in the making of the cheeses, the excess solar energy is stored in batteries and during the night the batteries continue to power the fridges, lights and security systems on the farm.
